WHY THIS DRILL If you learned how to play golf prior to 2010, you most likely were taught to “bump the hips” towards the target, before rotating the body to a full finish. What this caused was a “slide” of the lower body and a “tilt of the shoulders”, which causes a lot of inconsistencies in your ball striking, and is more detrimental to your back health.
